Olena Kolomiyets

Olena has been teaching Yoga and Pilates in Loudoun County, Virginia since 2002 leading group classes, private training sessions and workshops. She is a firm believer that a regular Pilates practice will transform the way your body looks, feels, and moves. Since having her first child in 2010, Olena’s been passionate about promoting Pilates and Yoga as means of ensuring a healthy pregnancy and speedy recovery postpartum. Olena is an avid practitioner with an established weekly regiment of Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates so she can live her life without skipping a beat. She is dedicated to her craft and trains regularly with senior instructors.

I fell in love with Pilates the moment I tried it! I was also diagnosed with scoliosis at age 11 and wore a back brace through age 18, so Pilates has helped strengthen my core and support my posture. I became a Peak Pilates Level 3 trainer and have been teaching Pilates since 2014 in Arizona and now in Loudoun County, Virginia. My other passion is volleyball, since my oldest 2 daughters play with year-round travel clubs.

I love connecting with my clients on a personal level while helping them gain more strength, stretch and stamina that they ever thought possible!

“I have been taking the pilates reformer class with Olena twice a week for two years. I began as a Level 1 and am currently at a Level 4!  Every muscles in my body is worked, strengthened, and stretched.  Olena has extensive background and knowledge of correct form, methods, and a variety of routines; yet she is always striving to learn more.  She frequently enrolls in workshops to refresh, renew, and revitalize her classes.  She challenges our bodies at every class. Since I have started taking the reformer, I have noticed that my body has changed; it is stonger, leaner, more flexible, and more resistant to injury.  The reformer classes have enabled my other workout routines to be more effective and productive. I look forward to each and every one of my classes.”
