We are open 7 days a week by appointment for one-on-one in-studio training.

Pilates equipment used: High Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Pedi Pole, Neck Stretcher, Foot Corrector, Magic Circle.

Session duration is 50 minutes to allow for cleaning. Reduced pricing available for 2x week, 3x week training. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice directly to your instructor via phone call or text to avoid full session fee.
